Doctor: Ben Bumguardner
Dr. Ben graduated from Texas A&M University, Class of 2012, with a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Chemistry and Sports Management. After that, he continued his studies at Parker University in Dallas where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. During his time at Parker, Dr. Ben dedicated his time to focusing on what it takes to improve athletic and sports performance and returning injured bodies to health and function quickly. Dr. Ben was elected to take his clinical residency at Vitality Sports Medicine, where he worked with elite players such as FC Dallas and the USA Men's National Soccer Team, Boston Red Sox Organization, hockey players, Olympic figure skaters, and numerous individual world- class and professional athletes.
Dr. Ben Bumguardner has obtained the postgraduate designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner® (CCSP®) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians™ (ACBSP™). The CCSP® certification requires the doctor to attend a minimum of 100 hours of a 120 hour postgraduate program. This instruction is specific to physical fitness and the evaluation and treatment of injuries encountered in sports. Following the completion of these hours, the doctor must then take and successfully pass a comprehensive written examination.
This training will aid the doctor in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries by enhancing his diagnostic skills and patient care. The CCSP® certification exists to provide a uniform standard of education that assures teams and athletes that the doctor has met a minimum level of competency in chiropractic sports medicine. Dr. Ben Bumguardner joins over 5500 others internationally who hold this designation.

Chief Operating Officer: Suzete Bumguardner
Suzete first attended Hardin Simmons University to play volleyball. She later graduated from Texas A&M University, Class of 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Chemistry and Biomedical Science. Suzete's work ethic, experience and passion for sports, and caring personality make her a great asset to the office. Her experience begins with running a chiropractic clinic while still in her undergrad at Texas A&M all the way through her managing a 14,000 sq. ft. clinic in Grapevine Texas. Suzete is a mother of two and has been married to her husband, Ben, since 2010. Her experiences in and out of the field of Sports Chiropractic are what make her such a valuable asset to this team.
Director of Operations: Jessica Stringer
Jessica initially attended Wayne State College to play soccer. She then graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Business. Certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, she is also a Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym College Station. Between her continuing 5 year experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, education and genuine interest in encouraging and loving others, Jessica is a great addition to our team.
Athletic Trainer: Christie Coad
Christie is a Certified Athletic Trainer who attended Capital University, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training followed by completing her Masters degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to Alpha Sports, Christie was a staff Athletic Trainer at the University of Michigan with the track and field and lacrosse programs and at the University of Oklahoma with the back to back National Championship softball team and women’s soccer program. Christie also works with USA Track and Field and is a member of the medical staff for the upcoming 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. She has a passion for health and wellness and improving her patients quality of life and performance
Chiropractic Assistant: Lorin Heller
Lorin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Applied Exercise Physiology. She is working to find her passion, but knows it will be in the healthcare industry. Lorin's eagerness to help people, combined with her constant positivity are a welcome contribution to our team.
Chiropractic Assistant: Quinton Ellis
Quinton is a current student at Texas A&M University class of 2020. He is majoring in Kinesiology with a focus in motor behavior, with a coaching and psychology minor. Quinton has a deep passion for the well being of others and that is why he is a great fit for our team. He wants to become either a Physical Therapist or a Chiropractor, as well as personal trainer.
Chiropractic Assistant: Blake Deice
Blake will graduate TAMU class of 2021 with his degree in Kinesiology. He hopes to attend medical school with future plans of owning a clinic that helps amputees and other disabled athletes compete in sports and live active lifestyles.
Chiropractic Assistant: Addison Cook
Addison Cook is a current student at Texas A&M class of 2022. She is majoring in Nutrition with a focus in Sports Dietetics. Her passion is to help guide others in understanding the benefits that nutrition has to offer for the body. She plans to become a sports dietician for a pro team upon graduation as well as a personal trainer.
Chiropractic Assistant: Madilyn Wilson
Maddi is a member of the Texas A&M class of 2023. She is majoring in Kinesiology and plans to study Athletic Training. Her love for learning new things & helping others makes her an important asset to our team.
