Sports Chiropractor: Ben Bumguardner
Dr. Ben graduated from Texas A&M University, Class of 2012, with a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Chemistry and Sports Management. After that, he continued his studies at Parker University in Dallas where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. During his time at Parker, Dr. Ben dedicated his time to focusing on what it takes to improve athletic and sports performance and returning injured bodies to health and function quickly. Dr. Ben was elected to take his clinical residency at Vitality Sports Medicine, where he worked with elite players such as FC Dallas and the USA Men's National Soccer Team, Boston Red Sox Organization, hockey players, Olympic figure skaters, and numerous individual world- class and professional athletes.
Dr. Ben Bumguardner has obtained the postgraduate designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner® (CCSP®) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians™ (ACBSP™). The CCSP® certification requires the doctor to attend a minimum of 100 hours of a 120 hour postgraduate program. This instruction is specific to physical fitness and the evaluation and treatment of injuries encountered in sports. Following the completion of these hours, the doctor must then take and successfully pass a comprehensive written examination.
This training will aid the doctor in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries by enhancing his diagnostic skills and patient care. The CCSP® certification exists to provide a uniform standard of education that assures teams and athletes that the doctor has met a minimum level of competency in chiropractic sports medicine. Dr. Ben Bumguardner joins over 5500 others internationally who hold this designation.

Chief Operating Officer: Suzete Bumguardner
Suzete first attended Hardin Simmons University to play volleyball. She later graduated from Texas A&M University, Class of 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Chemistry and Biomedical Science. Suzete's work ethic, experience and passion for sports, and caring personality make her a great asset to the office. Her experience begins with running a chiropractic clinic while still in her undergrad at Texas A&M all the way through her managing a 14,000 sq. ft. clinic in Grapevine Texas. Suzete is a mother of two and has been married to her husband, Ben, since 2010. Her experiences in and out of the field of Sports Chiropractic are what make her such a valuable asset to this team.
Director of Operations: Jessica Stringer
Jessica initially attended Wayne State College to play soccer. She then graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Business. Her first hand experience as an athlete and a personal trainer has provided valuable first hand experience in injuries, recovery and personal relations. Between her continuing 7 year experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, education and genuine interest in encouraging and loving others, Jessica is a great addition to our team.
Sports Chiropractor: Dr. Kristina Myles
Dr. Kristina Myles graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelors in Psychology, where she played softball and earned All Conference, All Region, and All Academic accolades, as well as a Lone Star Conference championship. She also played internationally and with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes All Star Team. Her experience as an athlete has helped her understand injuries and help athletes recover in a unique way.
She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in 2016. She has spent the last 4 years with Airrosti, specializing in resolving injuries with a soft tissue and active recovery approach. Dr. Myles also holds certifications in Rocktape and FDM, as well as her Level 1 Crossfit and Level 1 Olympic Lifting certifications.
Massage Therapist: Brittany Worden
Brittany is a Licensed Massage Therapist who attended Texas A&M University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology followed by completing a Master of Science Degree from Texas A&M in Exercise Physiology. She received her Massage License in 2016. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Brittany has worked as a professional in the health and fitness industry for 8 years, working with all populations ranging from athletes, older populations and to people who are actively seeking a healthy lifestyle. She is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through health and fitness.
Brittany has been married to her husband, Gus, since 2016 and is a mother of one. Brittany's experience in the fitness industry and her expertise in Sports Massage make her a great asset to the Alpha Team. Whether you want to improve your performance in your sport or just perform life at an optimal level, Brittany strongly believes that taking care of yourself through bodywork, recovery, nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle will majorly improve your overall quality of life! Chiropractic Assistant: Addison Cook
Addison Cook is a current student at Texas A&M class of 2022. She is majoring in Nutrition with a focus in Sports Dietetics. Her passion is to help guide others in understanding the benefits that nutrition has to offer for the body. She plans to become a sports dietician for a pro team upon graduation as well as a personal trainer.

Chiropractic Assistant: Bri Cadena
Brianne Cadena graduated from Texas A&M University, Class of 2020, with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Conditioning with minors in Coaching and Psychology. She is currently pursuing further education in Chiropractic with the hopes of attending Parker University in the Fall of 2021 with a focus on Sports Chiropractic. Driving her is a desire to care for others as well as fulfilling the goals she sets for herself in this field.
